Complete in working order Dellorto 24 PHBL kit with Jet200 manifold (Stock pic for reference) . Came off running TV200. This will fit small block or large block cylinder. comes with everything needed including rubber hose to connect to stock air box (not all in pic). No more vapor locking on your stock carb.
Plus Casa Lambretta Clubman exhaust w/ low miles on it (not heavy or full of carbon.) This combo is a great working power & reliability upgrade to your 175, 190, 200, 210 or 225cc Lambretta. Pipe is in great shape just needs a clean.
Carb kit new is $325 +tax/shipping. Exhaust new is $260 + tax/shipping.

Complete Dellorto PHBL 24mm 2T clamp on carburetor kit recommended for cylinders sized 150cc and up. Bring your Lambretta into the modern age! These are the perfect upgrade for worn out original Dellorto carbs. You get a more modern design, increased performance and reliability - all while looking completely stock. A far superior alternative then "upgrading" to a crummy Indian Jetex carb or using old tired technology. Clamps onto one of our custom 24mm inlet manifolds just as originals do and can be used with your air box. We also carry a full selection of jets and spares. This kit includes everything you need to get started except for additional idle and main jets. The stock jetting works best with most people ending up with a main jet size of around 100. We swap the needle to D29 as this works for most but the stock D22 can also work. Very easy to dial in.
Complete kit includes: Dellorto 24mm PHBL carburetor, precision cast custom intake manifold and gasket, 90 degree elbow, throttle cable inner, air hose and clamps, all needed mounting hardware.
Info on exhaust:
Casa Lambretta Replica of the 60s Clubman exhaust. The U-bend has a diameter of 42mm and is in comparison to its competitors very short. Some tests with the Casa Lambretta Ancilloti showed that the engine revs approx. 1000 rpm further without loosing torque.
The main body is stamped IGM 2105 S and Casa Lambretta. The copy is not 100% exact since there isn’t the Megaphone silencer used. Instead you will find the flower type as used on all Series 3 Lambrettas (except for SX 150, DL 125-200). Made in Italy. Includes exhaust, ubend and all clamps. The quietest clubman on the market.
